If your AR isn’t worth $1.00 yet, it soon could be.
The left is no longer playing when it comes to gun control. As you may know, Joe Biden announced his desire to put Beto O’Rourke in charge of the gun crises in the US if Biden wins in November. We know Beto’s feelings when it comes to, what he calls, weapons of war. As he stated in the debates, “Hell, yes, we’re going to take your AR-15, your AK-47.”
Over the following weeks, Beto was questioned about his plan. As he anticipated, we heard the words he wanted us to hear, but not the ones reflecting his true intentions. He used all of the keywords such as Mandatory, military-style, assault weapons, weapons of war, AR, AK, turn them over, to the government… These words made it seem clear, Beto was coming for your AR and your AK. The words we should have been focused on, however, have received little attention in the second amendment communities:
“…If the high-impact, high-velocity round, when it hits your body, shreds everything inside of your body, because it was designed to do that…We’re not going to allow it to be used against our fellow Americans anymore.”
Forget the gun, Beto’s answer to the American gun crises is to outlaw all ammunition that could lead to death if it strikes a human body. He has gone on to inform us how he will decide if the ammunition should be banned.
“…if it’s a weapon that was designed to kill people on a battlefield…”
Keep in mind, when he says AR, AK, Weapon… he is talking about the deadly rounds fired from the gun. He plans to rid the country of ammunition designed for the battlefield. Not being an avid gun nut myself, I don’t know for sure how many calibers of ammunition were originally designed for the military. The .30-06 was first made in 1903 for the U.S. Army and was first called the U.S. Cartridge Model 1903. The 9mm was created in 1902 by Georg Luger for use by the German military. Would these fall into Beto’s definition of deadly weapons designed to kill people on the battlefield?
So no, Beto is not coming for your AR-15 or AK-47. Confiscating guns from U.S. citizens by going door to door is not only impractical, but it’s also completely unnecessary. You simply ban the manufacturing of the ammo. You offer a fair buyback price if the guns are turned over by a certain date. Then you slash the price. In a few months, slash the price again. Before long, the buyback price could be as low as $1.00.
Listen to EVERY word these nut-jobs are saying. Don’t let them distract you with the talking points and keywords. They will always tell us what their true intentions are if we will listen to all of the words hidden between the talking point.
